As a UX Designer at NETGEAR, you will craft intuitive, engaging interfaces for our enterprise and consumer networking products. You’ll partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Visual Design teams to translate complex networking concepts into clear, user-centered experiences across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.

Requirements
~1 min readStrong proficiency with Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping).
Experience with Figma Make and AI-assisted prototyping workflows.
Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, and other emerging AI tools for UX research, ideation, UX writing, and rapid prototyping.
Familiarity with usability testing tools (e.g., UserTesting, Maze).
Solid foundation in graphic design (typography, color, layout).
Experience with web & mobile app design strategies.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
Experience with AI tools for UX and product design.
Strong empathy and communication skills, able to articulate design choices.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven design decisions.
Ability to learn networking concepts quickly and translate them into user workflows.
Collaborative spirit and comfort working in Agile/Scrum environments.
A portfolio showcasing design process and outcomes.
