We are hiring for a Product Engineering Manager to act as a technical lead for tool, asset, and product development in our Salesforce navigator and product teams. The ideal candidate has people management experience and strong technical capabilities within Salesforce, in particular Agentforce.
The Product Engineering Manager, Salesforce, will oversee technical development across our product, asset, and tool portfolio within the Salesforce space and drive decisions for strategic architectural, packaging, and devops considerations. Ideal candidates have relevant technical experience to confidently and effectively provide the necessary technical oversight and support. They will also have AI tooling experience, enabling them to provide guidance for the team on how to execute effectively and optimally with these tools. - Oversee development for new and existing products and assets on the Salesforce platform, as well as strategic tools for Salesforce implementation services
- You will work with tools like Claude and Codex, as well as with various features within Salesforce (Lightning Web Components, Flow, Console, Apex, etc)
- Oversee hands-on solution design, proofs-of-concept, development, and testing, in a fast-moving and close-to-customer hybrid engineering environment
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to planning to development to deployment and ongoing success
- Collaborate with wider product team (product owner, product engineering lead, product developers) to evaluate market demand, groom prioritized work, and align on final design details for value-add and scalable solutions
Requirements
~1 min read- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, understanding of Salesforce architectural concepts, capabilities, and constraints
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- Strong Analytic skills with ability to formulate problem/solution in both business & technical terms
- Experience acting as a people manager for technical resources
- Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other systems
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce solutions
- Experience with Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fun, collaborative environment
Nice to Have

- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript & Responsive Web Designs
- Experience working on Digital Channel or Contact Center applications is a plus
- Experience with AWS development is a plus
