Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and accountability to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), meeting established benchmarks for response times, quality, and project deliverables.

Associate’s degree preferred.
1 - 2 years of Project Coordination experience is required.
Experience coordinating projects involving low voltage is preferred.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: Full Time, 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed

TRAVEL: Travel expectation is up to 5%.

PAY: $25 - $27/ an hour depending upon experience.
