  • Participate in the development, review, and recommendation of ITS Communications standards, guidelines, and best practices for NYU global projects and facilities.
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings with NYU personnel, construction project managers, telecommunications and structured cabling vendors, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders as required.
  • Review contractor and vendor bids, evaluate technical and operational responses, and provide recommendations to support the selection of qualified vendors and contractors.
  • Monitor project progress and coordinate with stakeholders to identify risks, resolve technical issues, and ensure ITS deliverables remain aligned with project schedules and NYU IT requirements.
  • Review project designs, drawings, specifications, and documentation to identify potential conflicts, gaps, or deficiencies that may impact NYU IT infrastructure or operations.
  • Support the transition of completed project infrastructure into NYU IT operations by ensuring appropriate documentation, records, and infrastructure information are captured and maintained.
