Direct Support Professional - MMDP

New Horizons, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals with special needs, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals for our MMDP program.

About the Role:

• As a Direct Support Professional in our MMDP program, you will provide one-on-one support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• You will help individuals achieve their goals and engage in meaningful activities.
• You will assist with daily living tasks, personal care, medication administration, and community integration.
• This is a part time position
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Bilingual English/Armenian a plus
• Weekly hours can range from 20-30 hours a week
• Monday-Friday 9am-4pm
• Rate: $22.50

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working with individuals with special needs or developmental disabilities is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Pass a background check and drug screening
