New Jersey IEC is looking for a Remote Compliance Manager to join our team in Somerset. This part-time position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the compliance efforts within the construction industry, ensuring that all operations adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
As a Compliance Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing compliance strategies, conducting audits, and fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our projects and ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality and safety in our operations.
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $39 - $45, along with a flexible working environment that supports work-life balance and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities

- →Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulations
- →Provide training and support to staff on compliance issues
- →Monitor and report on compliance performance
- →Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- →Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices
- →Assist in the preparation of compliance documentation
- →Work closely with regulatory agencies as necessary
Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in compliance management, preferably in construction
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

- Experience in conducting audits and assessments
