Responsibilities

- →Contact insurance companies to follow up on claim statuses
- →Research claim denials and assist with resolving issues
- →Update account notes and documentation accurately
- →Collaborate with billing teams on payment trends and discrepancies
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple accounts
