Responsibilities

→Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, or equivalent Microsoft certifications.
→Experience operating within a managed services or IT services provider environment.
→Hands-on experience with ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise Automate, HubSpot, CheckHub, or Microsoft Business Central as enterprise data source systems in a managed services context.
→Direct experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including actuals integration, model configuration, and reporting layer connectivity to Azure-based data platforms.
→Experience implementing Microsoft Purview for enterprise data catalog, governance, and compliance.
→Exposure to TOGAF, DAMA-DMBOK, or equivalent data management frameworks.
→Background in post-acquisition systems integration and data consolidation across heterogeneous environments.

The Director of Data Management reports directly to the Senior Director of Enterprise IT and is a key member of the Enterprise IT leadership team. This role carries broad organizational influence and is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining alignment with the strategic priorities of the Enterprise IT function.

New Era Technology operates in a dynamic, high-growth environment shaped by ongoing acquisition activity, systems consolidation, and an aggressive AI transformation agenda. The successful candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, capable of establishing structure where none exists, and energized by the opportunity to build lasting data capability at scale.

This role may include management of internal staff, external contractors, and strategic vendor relationships. Budget accountability and vendor governance responsibilities are included within scope.

Below is the pay range of this position for considered candidates based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Range

$150,000—$175,000 USD
