Responsibilities

→You will typically be assigned 30 patient sessions per week but must maintain a minimum caseload of 25 patient sessions per week.
→Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.
→Diligently track clients’ progress and serve as an accountability partner.
→Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.
→Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.

Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
ACSW, AMFT, APCC
Completion of at least 1,000 post-graduate clinical hours toward licensure.
Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A desire to grow within a group private practice and remain with us after licensure.
