NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a General Manager for our upscale restaurant and special events venue located in the vibrant city of Los Angeles. This full-time, on-site position offers an incredible opportunity to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional dining experiences and memorable events that resonate with our clientele.
As the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch customer service, and drive the venue's strategic growth. Your leadership will play a crucial role in enhancing our reputation within the competitive restaurant industry, focusing on excellence in both culinary offerings and event management. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 annually, alongside a dynamic work environment where creativity and innovation thrive.
Responsibilities

- →Lead and develop a high-performing team of staff
- →Ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction
- →Oversee budget management and financial performance
- →Implement marketing strategies to promote the venue
- →Coordinate special events, including weddings and corporate functions
- →Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- →Foster a positive work culture and team collaboration
- →Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- →Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- High volume GM experience managing operations north of $12M annually
- Experience with managing venues with high volume special events and catering operations
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in upscale venues
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
