This full-time, on-site role presents an exciting opportunity to oversee multiple Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and ensure operational excellence across the district.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and implementing best practices across our locations. You will lead a team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability while aligning with our company’s strategic goals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development within the thriving restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

→Oversee operations of multiple QSR locations to ensure compliance with company standards
→Drive sales growth and enhance profitability through effective management strategies
→Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management teams
