NextGen Hospitality Solutions is actively seeking a Restaurant Area Director / District Manager to join our vibrant team in Atlanta. This full-time, on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity to lead multiple restaurant locations, driving operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction throughout the district.
As the Restaurant Area Director, you will be instrumental in overseeing daily operations, implementing company standards, and delivering exceptional service. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a culture that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and community engagement. This role directly contributes to our strategic objectives, ensuring that each location meets financial targets and operational goals.
We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $140,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement in the dynamic restaurant industry.
Responsibilities

- →Implement company policies and standards to enhance guest experience
- →Drive financial performance by managing budgets and controlling costs
- →Lead, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff
- →Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance and promote best practices
- →Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility
- →Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- →Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- →Prepare and present regular reports to senior management
- →Build relationships with local communities and stakeholders
Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on multi-unit operations
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
