NextStep connects top consulting talent with high-potential opportunities through smart, AI-powered matching. We partner with ambitious companies across sectors to place experienced professionals in roles where they can have a real impact. On behalf of a client in our partner network, we are currently looking for a Business Operations Manager to join their team.
Our client is a Series B marketplace business headquartered in London, connecting skilled tradespeople with homeowners and property managers across the UK. With £15m ARR, 150 employees, and a rapidly expanding supply and demand base, the business is at an inflection point — investing in the operational systems and processes that will allow it to scale efficiently. Backed by a leading European growth equity firm, the company has ambitious plans to reach £50m ARR within 24 months and expand into two new European markets.
As Business Operations Manager, you will be the connective tissue that keeps the business running effectively as it scales. Reporting to the COO, you will own a broad portfolio of operational priorities, from process design and tool implementation to cross-functional project management and performance reporting. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and building things from scratch.
