- Owning and Leading End to End recruiting process, leading NICE Talent Acquisition agenda and best practices
- Maintaining relationship with candidates and be the face of the company, ensuring top notch candidate experience
- Leading sourcing strategy. Proactively source talent and continuously enhance and diversify sourcing methods
- Establish strong working relationships with EMEA senior leaders, hiring managers, International HR and the recruiting team
- Work on recruiting initiatives and help embed these into the business. For example, social media and network events; Internal mobility and Employee referral campaigns, interview techniques and candidate experience
This position will be based in our QVS (London) office and will work according to our NICE-FLEX model which comprises 2 days of office-based work each week and 3 days of remote work.
