- Convert legacy and unstructured documents into AI-ready formats (structured, standardized, and tagged)
- Apply and maintain content standards, metadata, and taxonomy definitions
- Curate, review, and update knowledge assets to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Identify gaps, duplication, and outdated information in the knowledge base
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate and refine content
- Ensure knowledge is optimized for AI-driven search and agent workflows
- Maintain version control and document lifecycle processes
- Monitor content quality and adherence to governance guidelines
- Support integration of curated content into AI systems and workflows
- Experience in knowledge management, content curation, or information architecture
- Strong understanding of structured vs. unstructured content
- Familiarity with preparing content for AI/search systems (e.g., metadata tagging, chunking, formatting)
- Ability to work independently with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and content quality
Nice to Have
~1 min read- IAAP CPACC or WAS certification (or working toward it)
- Experience in Agile development environments
- Understanding of inclusive design principles
- Basic knowledge of front‑end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
You will also have an advantage if you have:-
- Experience with enterprise knowledge bases or content management systems
- Exposure to AI-driven search, retrieval systems, or agent workflows
- Understanding of taxonomy and metadata frameworks
