NICE Actimize is seeking a capable Senior QA Engineer to join our team.

We are creating a platform that allows the world's largest financial institutions to fight, prevent and manage financial crime.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases encompassing Functional, Regression, and UI testing for SaaS-based web applications and APIs.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Product Owners, CloudOps, and Customer Support, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software releases.
Conduct testing of patches and service packs for clients, ensuring robust and reliable updates.
Participate in and contribute to a global team.

Essential Skills:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software testing.
Proficient in Python, Selenium, and GUI automation tools.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins and Artifactory.
Strong scripting skills in relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
In-depth understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases and Testing Life Cycle.
Proven ability to define, execute, and manage comprehensive test suites.
Experience in using AI tools for coding and test automation to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
Familiarity with SaaS-based web applications and their testing requirements.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in RESTful API and web services testing, with proficiency in API automation tools.
Familiarity with performance and load testing tools, such as JMeter, to ensure system reliability and scalability.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing testing challenges.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
