As a Senior Specialist Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for Drive quality engineering excellence through scalable automation frameworks. You will own automation-first strategy across the SDLC collaborating with engineering, product, and DevOps teams for high-quality releases. You will work closely with Professional Services, Cloud Operations, and CSM teams to handhold them through customer issues based on priority.

Define QA strategy based on risk and production insights
Design and maintain automation frameworks (Python/Java)
Enhance automation suites (Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright)
Drive shift-left testing across UI, API, backend
Own regression cycles and release quality
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with Agile teams and provide quality metrics

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
12+ years QA experience with strong automation focus
Experience with Selenium, Robot Framework, Python/Java
API testing using Postman or similar
Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
Database knowledge (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Strong problem-solving skills
Ownership mindset
Ability to influence stakeholders
Strong communication
Balance of strategy and execution

Experience with Playwright
Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience in fraud/risk platforms
Experience with rule engines and workflows
Hands-on with AI-driven testing
