About the Role

~1 min read

Nightingale College is seeking a Specialist II, Instructional Design to help shape the learning experiences that prepare our nursing and healthcare learners for real-world, career-ready success. In this role, you'll design, refine, and implement learning products across our curriculum and EvolvEd™ course offerings — partnering closely with fellow Instructional Design Specialists (I and III) and subject matter experts to build courses that are compliant, evidence-based, and genuinely engaging.

You'll sit at the intersection of instructional science and healthcare education, translating complex nursing and healthcare content into learning experiences that work — whether instructor-led, e-learning, or blended. You'll help ensure our programs meet federal, state, and Nightingale College standards while staying current with emerging trends in online teaching and learning.
