The Specialist I, Title IX and ADA supports the administration of Title IX and ADA processes for Nightingale College, serving as a frontline resource for learners and collaborators navigating accommodation and resolution pathways. This role ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations while maintaining a learner-centered approach to case management and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Supports the administration of ADA and Title IX processes for the College.
- →Administers case management for accommodation requests, including complex eligibility interpretation.
- →Interprets and ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures related to Title IX and ADA.
- →Serves as a point of contact for Title IX and ADA related inquiries and escalations.
- →Communicates with Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure cooperative relationships and effective administration.
- →Supports the Conduct and Learner dispositional administration as needed under the direction of the Ethics Office.
- →Prepares reports, manuals, and correspondence related to Title IX and ADA administration.
- →Performs related duties as required.
Requirements

- Knowledge of Title IX and ADA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have

- Familiarity with case management systems.
