Business Intelligence Analyst

At Nimble Gravity, we help organizations turn data, technology, and AI into measurable business results. We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team and help transform data into clear, actionable insights that support business decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, understanding business needs, and building dashboards and reports that make complex information easy to understand and use.

• →Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• →Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support business teams and stakeholders.
• →Work with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.
• →Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• →Define and track key business metrics and KPIs.
• →Validate data and help ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards.
• →Communicate findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• →Collaborate with data, engineering, product, and business teams on analytics initiatives.

• Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful metrics, dashboards, and reports.
• Good understanding of data modeling and reporting concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar.
• Familiarity with Python or other data analysis tools.
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Familiarity with modern data warehousing and analytics practices.
