The Executive, Inventory Management is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting stock control activities, and ensuring timely fulfilment and distribution of consumables, equipment, and merchandise across departments. This role also supports asset tracking, inventory reporting, and operational coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day inventory operation.
Perform end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, inbound, putaway, picking, packing, and outbound activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations and optimal efficiency.
Handle and move physical goods within the warehouse while ensuring proper recording and tracking of inventory data.
Maintain and update accurate inventory records and required stock levels for goods, products, and materials.
Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
Validate and inspect inventory quantity and quality upon receiving and during storage.
Conduct quality checks on stored inventory to ensure compliance with company standards.
Process and document returned items accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor inventory discrepancies, damages, and losses, and support implementation of loss-prevention measures.
Assist in implementing and improving inventory management procedures and controls.
Prepare inventory and operational reports for supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation for inventory movement, receiving, issuance, and returns.
Support inventory data tracking and reporting for operational and audit purposes.
Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies, operational procedures, and legal regulations.
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and operational best practices.
Responsibilities

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
Experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations is an advantage.
Familiarity with warehouse processes and inventory systems is preferred.
Good attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced operational environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with good communication skills in both English and Malay.
Physically capable of handling warehouse operational activities when required.
