At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We’re now looking for a Senior Project Manager who’s ready to help us scale and deploy many robots in our clients’ warehouses!
  • Play with robots every day
  • Salary: 25000 - 35000 PLN on contract of employment (UoP) per month plus significant equity
  • Remote position or at our offices in Warsaw with frequent travels
  • Truly flexible working hours

  • We build robots powered by AI
  • We already have them in production (this means being on call sometimes, but still!)
  • We test our code in unit tests, simulations and on real robots!
  • We’re still pretty small, so everyone has a direct impact on the final result
  • We have a very experienced engineering & management team from Google, early unicorns (Criteo, Climate Corp...) & top robotics companies (ABB, Softbank Robotics, Dematic)
  • We combine world-class research with top-notch engineering and apply it to solve real problems
  • Manage the robot deployments project from the specification phase to the operations handover
  • Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of multiple projects
  • Track project performance, control the budget, and report to relevant stakeholders
  • Meet with clients regularly to report on progress and discuss open items
  • Perform risk management to minimise potential risks

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • 5+ years of experience in intralogistics and/or robotics industry
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects at once, ensuring OTIF delivery
  • Customer satisfaction mindset
  • Excellent communication skills via various channels in English and German
  • Can-do attitude and ability to resolve blockers and potential risks
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
  • Very good organisational skills, ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customers’ warehouses in Europe
  • Willingness to learn about robots and machine learning
  • Technical background, Master’s degree or equivalent
  • 30-minute call with a Recruiter
  • 45 minutes Hiring Manager interview
  • Homework
  • Onsites - half a day of interviews & discussions at the office
  • We make the final decision after max. 3-5 days after onsite interview
