  • Set the product marketing strategy across a multi-product B2B portfolio in the cybersecurity space
  • Define the positioning and messaging framework for the portfolio — establishing the standard for how each product, segment, and persona is addressed across all market-facing surfaces
  • Lead go-to-market planning across the team, ensuring launches are well-orchestrated, cross-functional, and tied to measurable business outcomes
  • Build and own the sales enablement strategy — defining what the sales team needs to win and ensuring the team delivers it at a high standard
  • Establish a competitive intelligence function that systematically informs positioning and product roadmap decisions across the portfolio
  • Lead, develop, and grow a multi-disciplinary team — setting direction, raising the bar, and building a culture of strategic rigor and accountability
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and senior leadership to align product marketing priorities with broader business goals
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a product marketing function across a multi-product portfolio — not just a single product line
  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or a technical B2B product category; a deep understanding of how security and IT buyers evaluate and purchase
  • Strong strategic instincts on positioning, messaging, and category narrative — with the credibility to drive alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to translate market, competitive, and customer insight into positioning and GTM decisions that move the business forward
  • Skilled at leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Analytical and outcome-driven — you define the right success metrics and hold the team accountable to them
  • Fluency in English
  • Gross Salary starting from 5,100 EUR/Month.
