Inpatient Clinical Supervisor

• →Provide counseling, assessments and group facilitation to individuals and families
• →Ensure all persons providing counseling services are functioning within their competent parameters and maintaining education to do so
• →Audit charts for policy and procedure compliance, appropriate documentation and completion of all internal paperwork and documents
• →Assist and resource clinical team with needs for ongoing CEU requirements
• →Create and deliver clinical competency trainings as needed
• →Monitor and supervise incoming interns from various universities
• →Consult with the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide quality patient care
• →Collaborate with assigned patients in the development of written treatment plans; include patient and family involvement in assessment, treatment, education and discharge planning
• →Monitor patients on an ongoing basis to continually assess needs and facilitate treatment and interventions
• →Document clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, diagnostic summaries, and progress charting in a timely manner to assure comprehensive and quality patient care
• →Actively participate as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and maintain effective working relationships with employees and peers
• →Maintain professional boundaries with patients at all times
• →Oversee and participate in the quality assurance and compliance activities of the facility
• →Provide clinical updates to utilization review and representatives of managed care to best coordinate reimbursement of treatment services
• →Coordinate with community based providers and referral sources to ensure optimal levels of care and treatment outcomes, post discharge
• →Case staffing and individual case supervision
• →Facilitate individual and group therapy
• →Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• →Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care
• →Other clinically appropriate services and special projects as assigned

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Social Sciences or other relevant field required
• Must hold an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure in the state where treatment services are rendered
• Must maintain applicable state licensure requirements at hire, and for the entire duration of employment
• Must hold an active substance abuse and mental health licensure in the state where treatment services are rendered
• Must maintain applicable state licensure requirements at hire, and for the entire duration of employment
• 3+ years of experience in relevant field required
• Ability to work with a diverse population and possess strong interpersonal skills and knowledge required for treating patients assigned
• Must hold strong personal boundaries and able to build rapport with patients
• Must understand and adhere to the ethical standards of the respective licensure governing board
