Responsibilities
~1 min readAs part of our Service Engineering team, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers' laser systems perform reliably and efficiently.
- →Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on advanced laser systems
- →Investigate returned products and identify root causes of failures
- →Perform repairs, calibrations and product rework
- →Conduct testing, validation and performance verification
- →Support engineering teams with technical investigations and continuous improvement activities
- →Work with precision optics, electronics, assemblies and cutting-edge laser technology
- →Develop your technical knowledge through structured training and hands-on learning
We are interested in ambitious graduates and early-career engineers who enjoy understanding how technology works and solving technical problems.
- A degree, HNC/HND, apprenticeship or technical qualification in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Mechatronics or a related discipline
- Experience with mechanical, electrical or electronic assembly
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Soldering experience (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
- A genuine interest in technology, engineering and continuous learning
