Position: Occupational Therapist – Inpatient – Per Diem - Days
Location: Highland Park Hospital, Highland Park, IL
Full Time/Part Time: Per Diem
Hours: Hours as needed; 8am-4:30pm (as needed) per 6-week schedule
Required Travel: Highland Park, Skokie, Glenbrook, Evanston Hospitals
Holidays: yes, 1 summer/1 winter
Hourly flat rate of pay - $51/hour

Responsibilities

→Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients
→Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing
→Participates in the clinical supervision of students

→Education: Bachelor of Science from a school of Occupational Therapy or a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university approved by the AOTA and the Council on Medical Education of the AMA
→License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of IL
→Certification: BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association required, OTR certified (NBCOT preferred)
→Experience: Inpatient Occupational Therapy experience required
