As Warehouse Manager at NTS Singapore you will be responsible for ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across inbound, storage, and outbound logistics processes. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, expertise in ERP/WMS systems, and a proven track record in warehouse optimization, safety management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and digital transformation initiatives to support business growth.

Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery

Ensuring compliance with ESD protection standards, material traceability, and ISO9001, ISO14001, and EHS requirements

Planning, organizing, and managing inbound, outbound, and storage activities effectively
- →
Optimizing internal logistics processes from receiving to production staging and finished goods dispatch, including order picking, labeling, and storage

Leading root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and implementing preventive actions

Driving warehouse space optimization, layout improvement, and material flow efficiency

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and optimize headcount costs

Managing and coordinating with external warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy and process efficiency

Promoting a strong culture of safety, 5S, and continuous improvement

Supporting automation and digital transformation initiatives, such as barcode scanning
Requirements
~1 min readBachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 7–8 years of warehouse/logistics experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role within the semiconductor industry
Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, with proven ability to maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills
Experience in warehouse layout optimization and process improvement
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proven ability to drive safety awareness, 5S culture, and continuous improvement initiative
