Nutri-Green is looking for an Office Operations Manager to lead our office team, improve systems, and help ensure our customers receive the exceptional service we’re known for.

This is a key leadership role responsible for managing office staff, improving processes, and supporting the continued growth of our company.

This role has the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership position as the company continues to expand.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop the office team
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Manage staff performance, accountability, and productivity
  • Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members
  • Maintain and improve office procedures and systems
  • Coordinate communication between office staff and field teams
  • Support leadership with reporting and operational improvements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office management or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and office software
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
  

Location: In-office position in Kiefer, OK
