We would like to fill the position as soon as possible. 

Are you a seasoned Legal Counsel with a passion for the IT industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, advising on complex IT deals and supporting high-performing sales teams? If so, Fsas Technologies, a Fujitsu company, is looking for you!

As Legal Counsel, you will provide critical legal support to our German sales team, ensuring we navigate the complexities of the IT market and meet our customers' needs. You'll be a key advisor on commercial agreements, private and public tender responses, and dispute resolution, all while upholding Fujitsu's commercial standards and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance to product sales team in Germany with a focus on the IT market.

• Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents.

• Advise on and support responses to public and private sector tenders.

• Manage legal aspects of disputes, seeking resolution through negotiation and other means.

• Ensure compliance with Fujitsu's commercial standards and policies.

• Monitor contract performance and provide guidance on contractual obligations.

• Assess and mitigate risks associated with deals, advising on appropriate contract terms and management strategies.

Qualifications:

• Fully qualified lawyer with admission to German bar.

• Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience as Legal Counsel in the IT sector or a law firm supporting a high-volume sales organization.

• Hands-on experience in business with public sector bodies, including tendering processes.

• Experience in acting as a trusted legal advisor with business and client intimacy and a strong sense of ownership.

• Proven ability to negotiate effectively, both internally and with clients.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.

• Proactive and results-oriented with a structured approach towards problem solving.
