Position Overview

$30 – $42/hour based on experience
Top technicians can earn toward the higher end of the range

Take-home company vehicle + gas card
Primarily service & troubleshooting (not install-heavy)
Work on true commercial systems + refrigeration equipment
Steady, year-round work (no seasonal slowdowns)
Strong support from experienced PMs and leadership

Sylvester & Cockrum is hiring a Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician to support our growing Myrtle Beach service team.

This is a field-based service role where you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across a variety of facilities including retail, hospitality, and industrial environments.
