Responsibilities

- →Client Partnership: Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, understanding their business and anticipating their needs. Guide them across media communications.
- →Creative Strategy: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling narratives and assets that resonate with target audiences.
- →Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, leveraging data and analytics to optimize results and demonstrate ROI.
- →Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new opportunities and approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- →Budget Management: Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- →New Business: Support new business efforts, participating in pitches and developing compelling proposals.
- →Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management plans to protect client reputation.
- →Inclusivity: Champion inclusiveness, diversity, and equity in all aspects of work.
- →Media Relations: Will have maintained strong media contacts across a range of national, regional & consumer lifestyle title and be confident in outreaching to said contacts to garner feedback or pitch stories.
- →Integration: Cross-channel collaboration with Influence & Organic social specialists, and cross-agency collaboration with paid media & experiential partners.
Requirements
~1 min read- Extensive experience in consumer PR and influence, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.
- Share and use media knowledge to guide clients on what you believe is the best for their brand
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and ability to develop creative strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to think "earned first" and create campaigns that generate organic buzz.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Experience in crisis management.
- Champion inclusiveness, diversity, and equity in all aspects of work.
