✓Accepts money in the form of cash, credit or debit cards for items purchased.

✓Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.

✓Processes returns and exchanges according to store policy.

✓Assists customers in locating various products, resolving complaints, or providing information.

✓Bag, box, and wrap purchased items.

✓Ensures accurate transactions by balancing cash register at the beginning and end of shift, and sales at the end of shift.

✓Reviews and is familiar with Goodwill Central OK safety policies and procedures.

✓Adheres to all safety rules and attends required training.

✓Abide by policies and procedures set forth by management.

Responsibilities
