Responsibilities

→Significant hands-on recruiting experience within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment, with deep knowledge of GTM talent across APJ and the Singapore market.
→Passion for technology and a technical aptitude to be able to clearly articulate the opportunity we have.
→Ability to be present in our SG office 2-3 days per week to collaborate with leadership, meet candidates and enjoy time with colleagues.
→Experience owning full-cycle hiring across multiple levels, alongside a strong track record of personally delivering complex senior and executive searches.
→Experience partnering directly with senior executives, including regional GMs, VPs and functional leaders.
→Exceptional sourcing, talent mapping and market intelligence capability, with the ability to build and engage talent pools proactively.
→The confidence and judgement to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders, backed by data, market insight and recruiting expertise.
→The versatility to move across functions and talent profiles as business priorities change.
→Experience operating successfully across countries, cultures and time zones in a global organisation.
→A builder mindset with high ownership, curiosity and a bias towards action.
→Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to operate with pace, judgement and discretion.
