The 2^nd shift Maintenance Tech is focused on mechanical/electrical performance of automated production machines and reports to the Plant Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who hands on, responsible, with great communication skills. A vital member of the Maintenance Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

• →Be responsible for the mechanical/electrical performance of several automated production machines or equipment that perform one or more function in glass.
• →Maintain and observe operation of machines and equipment to ensure the production of high-quality glass.
• →Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on equipment in a safe and efficient manner and make repairs as needed.
• →Perform preventative maintenance tasks in order to increase equipment run time between failures.
• →Assist management in root cause analysis when failures occur.

• Must have experienced skills and knowledge with troubleshooting, repair, overhaul and operation of high-speed production machinery both electrical and mechanical.
• Experience with industrial electrical equipment, CNC, PLC’s/Driver and motors.
• Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
