Responsibilities
~1 min readThe Project Coordinator I, is focused on providing excellent customer service to clients by managing inquiries, pricing requests, and processing/managing orders.This role is perfect for an individual who has strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and a problem-solving mindset. A vital member of the team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Job responsibilities include:
- →Manage incoming client inquiries, provide technical/design assistance, and follow up on orders.
- →Price requests based on market conditions and profit guidelines set by the Regional Manager.
- →Process orders and coordinate with Production and Shipping to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- →Purchase and maintain inventory of required hardware and ancillary materials (excluding glass unless specified.)
- →Collaborate with Sales to grow accounts, report market conditions, and provide sales data to management.
- Technical Sales experience required; experience in glass or metal sales, manufacturing, or construction/project management strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and understand architectural blueprints and specifications.
- Strong mathematical skills including fractions, decimals, metric, and geometry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
