Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections of loads, paperwork, products, and packaging.
  • Capture, upload, and maintain load documentation and photos.
  • Process UPS/FedEx shipments as needed.
  • Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support departmental needs.
  • Contribute to team objectives and actively support team initiatives.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Manufacturing and/or logistics experience preferred.
  • Intermediate computer skills required.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Flexible to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 12-hour shifts.
  • Frequently bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and perform other physical movements.
  • Lift, push, pull, and move up to 75 lbs. independently or 150 lbs. with assistance.
  • Manual dexterity to handle materials and products of varying sizes and weights.
  • Strong visual acuity to inspect products and monitor equipment safety.
  • Consistently wear and properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including heat, humidity, and cold temperatures.
