Open Mind Health (OMH) is expanding and actively recruiting fully licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD]) with experience providing trauma-informed therapy and support for PTSD, complex trauma, grief, bereavement, loss, traumatic stress, and related mental health concerns.
This is a 100% remote telehealth opportunity offering $70–$80/hour, flexible scheduling, and a minimum commitment of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
- →Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills
- →Experience providing trauma-informed care and/or treating trauma, PTSD, grief, loss, or related concerns
- →Commitment to evidence-based and evidence-guided care
- →Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms
- →Passion for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care
- →Ability to maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience treating PTSD, complex trauma, traumatic stress, grief, and bereavement
- Training or experience in trauma-focused modalities such as EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), or other evidence-based trauma treatments
- Experience providing grief counseling or bereavement support
- Experience providing trauma-informed care through telehealth
- Licensure in multiple states
- Membership in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or PSYPACT compacts, where applicable
- Additional language proficiency (Spanish is highly desirable)
- Experience working with diverse or underserved populations
