Salary Range: $ $72,000 to $87,500 per year
Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator to support DLIFLC at the Presidio of Monterey, CA. The LMS Administrator supports day-to-day operation, maintenance, and administration of the LMS platform used to deliver curricula, conduct assessments, and track student progress.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
• Configure LMS settings, manage user access, and upload course content.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and generate reports on learner progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, faculty, and instructional designers to enhance the learning experience.
• Support web-based and mobile applications used to deliver curricula and conduct assessments.
Required Qualifications
• AA/AS in a related discipline, OR 3+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Active IAT Level II certification (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) plus applicable CE/OS certification.
• Strong technical proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
• Excellent troubleshooting and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• U.S. Citizenship.
Desired Qualifications
• BA/BS in Education Technology, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Experience with Sakai, Kaltura, Angel, Webex, DCO, Connect, Confluence, or SharePoint.
• Understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning development.
• Prior support to an academic or military training environment.
