- →Enhancing the Menus experience by contributing to our design system and evolving core patterns that support consistency across restaurant tools — from item-level controls to multi-brand management.
- →Championing user-centered design by advocating for the needs of restaurant operators, delivery staff, and internal teams, while navigating technical constraints and business trade-offs with clarity and conviction.

- Ability to be a strategic partner by understanding the competitive environment and building a vision for how the product will fit in the market
- Strong full-stack design skills; from interaction design to visual design to system thinking, and everything in between.
- Proven track record in building products from the ground up and working effectively with cross-functional partners
- Solid communication skills and ability to effectively prioritize projects
- Foster a collaborative team environment and make sound judgements based on user data, insights and business objectives
- A deep curiosity and passion for the food industry, translating into innovative designs that change the way we think about how meals make it on a plate
