We’re looking for an exceptional and experienced Staff Product Designer, Enterprise Products to drive the future of our enterprise products, helping employers, researchers, and clinicians engage and support their members in understanding their health and improving outcomes at scale. These products and features span web and mobile surfaces, delivering insights and tools for enterprise users, while seamlessly connecting across Oura’s ecosystem of products and the mobile app experiences used by Oura members. This work calls for a designer who thrives in ambiguity and technical complexity, cares deeply about craft, and is excited to shape the future of population health.

Responsibilities

→Imagine and articulate experiences that help organizations transform data into insight and action, surfacing what matters and supporting confident decision-making.
→Apply human-centered principles to design features across the Oura Enterprise Platform and member app, supporting the management of people, permissions, and sensitive data with clarity, trust, and respect for individual privacy.
→Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Research, Science, and Design to shape these experiences over time, establishing scalable patterns, contributing to the design system, and raising the bar for craft across the platform.

Requirements

10+ years designing across a range of digital surfaces, especially experience in b2b SaaS or enterprise platforms
Experience designing data-rich systems or workflow-heavy tools, including data visualization and intelligent features that help people understand and act on complex information.
Track record of project leadership, creative thinking, and cross functional collaboration in support of influencing product features including 0→1
Mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools
Portfolio demonstrating your design thinking, hands-on expertise, and problem solving skills
Open and collaborative communication skills; capable of working across disciplines and time zones

Curiosity for emerging technology amplified by excellent design craft
Commitment to inclusive and accessible products
A passion for beautiful data visualization and insightful storytelling that drives clarity and insight
