Senior Manager - Treasury - Business Support

Handling of tickets for Treasury Systems, particularly Treasury Management System (FIS Quantum) and Global Payment System (FIS Trax) as First Level Business Support
•
Contact people as System Support for Treasury, Accounting, Shared Service Center, and other system users worldwide
•
Support in the further development of Treasury applications, particularly Treasury Management System and Global Payment System
•
Participation in international projects related to the Treasury Systems, particularly Treasury Management System or Global Payment System of the Daimler Truck Group

Acts as the APAC central contact for system-related issues in Treasury Management and Global Payment Systems, ensuring independent resolution, compliance with regulations, and audit-proof documentation.

Contributes to the enhancement of Treasury applications, maintaining system standards across departments (IT, Accounting, Controlling, Tax) while safeguarding regulatory compliance & process integrity
•
Engages in global Treasury projects, integrating requirements, executing test cases, and documenting outcomes to support seamless system implementation and process alignment
•
Supports audit inquiries and investigations, implements findings, and ensures Treasury Best Practices are embedded within global systems for transparency and compliance
•
Facilitates end-to-end Treasury workflows by coordinating with diverse stakeholders, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to internal guidelines

MBA / CMA / CA / Post Graduate or equivalent with overall experience of > 5 years 

First professional experience in a similar environment

Experience in Finance systems, preferably Treasury

Highly developed analytical thinking skills, quick learning ability

High self-motivation and personal responsibility and strong sense of reliability

Passionate team player

Knowledge of common treasury systems (FIS Quantum or FIS Trax preferred)

Experience with process and workflow tools (e.g., JIRA, PowerAutomate)

Fluent English skills, German and additional languages advantageous

Very good understanding of financial processes, particularly in the treasury area
