Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Operate and monitor bottled water production equipment
- →Inspect bottles and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- →Troubleshoot production line issues, clear jams, and reset equipment as needed
- →Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production and warehouse environment
- →Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and quality control standards
- →Assist with plant housekeeping and facility cleanliness to support food-grade production requirements
- →Receive, organize, and track production materials and warehouse inventory
- →Assist with ordering production supplies and maintaining adequate stock levels
- →Coordinate and schedule incoming deliveries and production materials as needed
- →Prepare and stage products for customer deliveries and route loading
- →Learn and assist with basic water treatment and water chemistry processes
- →Operate a forklift safely (training and certification provided)
- →Communicate production concerns, inventory needs, and equipment issues to the Production Lead
- →Lift and move products up to 43 lbs. on a repetitive basis
- →Support team operations and perform other duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and documented procedures
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Warehouse, manufacturing, production, inventory, or forklift experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills and obtain industry certifications
