Culligan of Phoenix is seeking an accomplished, results-driven General Manager to lead and grow our market operations. This is a premier leadership opportunity for a strategic business professional who is passionate about driving performance, developing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As the General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the overall success of the business, including operations, sales growth, customer satisfaction, employee development, and financial performance. You will lead a talented team while ensuring the continued delivery of the exceptional service and quality that customers have come to expect from Culligan.

As the Phoenix General Manager, you will:

  • Drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and profitability while maintaining full P&L accountability.

  • Recruit, coach, and develop top talent across all functions, with a strong focus on sales growth and leadership development.
  • Build and maintain strong community relationships to enhance Culligan's reputation and market presence.
  • Improve customer retention and service performance through operational efficiencies and best-in-class service initiatives.
  • Lead fleet, delivery, and service operations with a focus on safety, compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Create an engaging workplace that encourages employee growth, accountability, and long-term success.
  • Implement a hands-on leadership approach that supports employee development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership and management experience with demonstrated business leadership success.
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams within a service, distribution, manufacturing, or customer-focused environment.
  • Water treatment, water conditioning, or related industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven success managing budgets, business plans, and operational performance in a for-profit organization.
  • Strong experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth while improving operational efficiencies.
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency with business and financial software systems.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
