As we grow our teams across Head Office and Retail, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and securing the best talent across Head Office.
What We Offer
~1 min readAs the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment across our Head Office portfolio, providing hands on recruitment support, strategic advice and operational insight. Reporting to the People & Talent Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, driving talent attraction strategies and delivering high-quality candidate experiences.
This is a 12-month Maternity Leave Contract, with a potential view of extension.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, including job briefs, job advertisement creation, candidate sourcing and interviewing, reference checking, and contract generation
- Coach and train Hiring Managers on recruitment standards by taking part in the candidate interview process
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future business needs
- Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers and senior stakeholders on market insights, sourcing strategies, and selection decisions
- Champion candidate experience and employer brand, ensuring professional, inclusive, and engaging recruitment processes
- Drive bulk recruitment campaigns, recruitment operations, and process improvements to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Act as one of the SME's for PageUp ATS, optimising system usage, reporting, and recruitment analytics
- Ensure compliance and governance across recruitment processes, including contracts, data integrity, and privacy standards
- Deliver metrics, insights, and reporting to inform business decisions and improve recruitment outcomes
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven experience in end-to-end and bulk recruitment, ideally in an in-house Talent Acquisition function
- Experience in retail or fast-paced consumer-facing industries preferred
- Proficiency with ATS systems (PageUp highly regarded)
- 2–3 years’ experience in candidate sourcing via ATS and external channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Employer)
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills across all organisational levels
- Strong workforce planning and talent pipeline management skills
- Results-driven, setting clear expectations and delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes
- Commercially astute, using data and judgement to optimise talent acquisition effectiveness
- Calm, resilient, and supportive under pressure, maintaining candidate experience and team engagement
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
