Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages to standards.

Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to guests.

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the coffee and service areas.

Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment properly.

Ensure proper stock levels and assist with inventory control.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards.

Handle guest requests and provide recommendations on beverages when required.

Requirements

Previous Barista experience in a luxury hotel, café, or restaurant is preferred.
Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
