We're looking for a structured and solution-oriented Analytics Engineer to join our Tech & Data team. Someone who gets excited about building reliable, scalable data infrastructure and unlocking insights that drive smarter decisions across the company.
In this role, you'll combine thinking with doing: you collaborate closely with colleagues across departments, bring clarity to complexity, and get the freedom to design systems that help build Europe's #1 perfume discovery platform. Sound like you? Keep on reading.

You’ll own and improve our data platform, keeping it fast, scalable, and trustworthy
You’ll model the data that teams rely on every day to make better decisions
You’ll help prepare Parfumado for future growth by laying a rock-solid data foundation
Responsibilities

Maintain and develop our data architecture to ensure reliability and performance

Design and optimise scalable data models in Snowflake and dbt
- →
Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Fivetran or custom Python code
- →
Model subscription and ecommerce metrics including MRR, churn, cohort retention, LTV, and payback period
- →
Build and maintain marketing attribution models across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliate)

Integrate data from our commerce platform, subscription billing, CRM, and ad platforms
- →
Translate business questions into practical data solutions and insightful dashboards
- →
Monitor data quality and proactively fix issues before they impact teams

Collaborate across departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to connect data needs to solutions

Mentor a junior Data Analyst

Support a data-driven culture by improving documentation and making data more accessible
What We Offer
~1 min readHere's what we're looking for in our new Analytics Engineer:
4–6 years professional experience in data engineering or analytics engineering
Background in e-commerce, DTC, or subscription-based businesses
Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data warehouse design
Hands-on coding experience in Python (or similar) for building pipelines
Experience modeling web analytics and customer behavior data, including web/app event streams (GA4, Segment, or similar) and customer journey data
Familiarity with modern data stack tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran
Experience working with dashboard tools (we use Tableau)
Pragmatic and structured mindset, able to balance speed with reliability
Ownership mentality; you thrive in a lean and fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
~1 min readExperience with cloud-based functions (e.g. Azure Functions or similar)
Understanding of recommender systems and monitoring pipeline health
