- Responsible for supervision and safety of children
- Prepare materials required to implement daily activities
- Ensure the general health, welfare, and well-being of each child
- Assisting in lunch preparations and snacks
- Daily cleaning of classroom and materials
- Exhibit initiative by demonstrating leadership without being prompted
- Be an active participant in activities with the children
- Responsible for being a good communicator to all children, parents, supervisors, and co-workers, providing excellent customer service.
- Enroll and attend 16 hours of off-site in-service annually. Learn and observe all JCPRD guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Salary: $16.00 per hour.
- Hours: 15-30 hours per week; flexible & schedules vary throughout the day from 7a-6p

Locations: Roeland Park Community Center and various elementary schools in the Shawnee Mission School District.

~1 min read- Minimum Age: 18 years and older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience in early childhood education providing direct supervision to children 3-5 years old
