Founder's Associate Intern

As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you will provide strategic and operational support to our Chief of Staff and the CEO’s office, enabling the efficient execution of key initiatives enhancing productivity, streamlining processes, and driving the company toward achieving its vision and goals.

• Strategic Planning: Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to developing business plans and strategic initiatives.
• Project Management Support: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects of high strategic importance.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support decision-making processes. 
• Operations Support: Assist with our day-to-day operations to enhance efficiency.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Management or related fields.
• Ability to work from our Berlin HQ at least 3 times a week.
• 1-2 years experience in fast-paced environments (e.g. Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital,  high-growth start-up).
• An entrepreneur at heart with a hands-on mentality.
• Strong organizational & prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
