Platform Engineer (Senior)

What you will be doing: Manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform/CloudFormation) and administer Windows infrastructure (AD, PKI). Provide technical support to various internal users (developers, DBAs, etc.) and efficiently resolve customer change requests and problem tickets. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure continuous platform availability. Develop tools, scripts, frameworks, metrics, processes, and documentation to enhance Platform Operations. Assist with information security policy administration, improve security engineering, and focus on audit and compliance tasks (alert tuning, log collection). Maintain regular communication with project leaders/executives and mentor junior staff members. What our client is looking for: Minimum 3-5 years in security or technical IT. 2+ years with AWS or equivalent public cloud. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Solid experience with Windows and Linux Administration. Strong understanding of Cloud Security models and best practices. Experience with scripting for infrastructure automation.
