About the Role
~1 min readPerforms daily banking operations and funds movement activities in accordance with organizational policies & program standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Performs operational activities related to banking services, ACH transactions, checks, and wire transfers, including the timely processing of incoming and outgoing funds, exception management, and account reconciliations.
- →Identify and assess operational risks, develop corrective action plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through the effective application of internal controls.
- →Collaborate with Management in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, policies, procedures, and key performance indicators.
- →Conduct research and resolve customer account and transaction inquiries for both internal and external stakeholders.
- →Assist in the development, preparation, and analysis of ad hoc reports to support business and operational objectives.
- →Perform additional duties as assigned.
- →High School Diploma or equivalent
- →Typically requires less than one year of related experience.
- Knowledge of payment regulations and industry rules preferred.
- Open new deposit accounts and implement online banking solutions for customers
- Provide ongoing support for customer activities following account opening, including account maintenance requests, service related inquiries, and assistance with account functionality.

Salary range: $17.25 hourly – $28 hourly
